Who I Am
I am Chef Eda Martin, a registered dietitian, regional chef, and food scientist. I believe in dishes that are inspiring, wholesome, and delicious. I put my Master's degree in Nutrition in good use along with the four classical elements (Earth, Air, Fire, and Water) to create delicious food combinations that keep you feeling light, energized, focused, and flavor-indulged – because eating well doesn't mean you have to sacrifice great taste.
My Experience
I have worked with award-winning, world-class restaurants and catering companies that cater VIP events at venues such as the Hollywood Bowl, LA Film Festival, The Oscars, and Emmys. My expertise took me to working for hospitals, schools, restaurants, bakeries/pastries, and corporate institutions. I have also served as Executive Chef at a number of restaurants on the West Coast, from the Pacific Northwest to the East Coast.

Great meals should also be great experiences. From prestigious, grandiose events to unique family-style sit-downs, I strive to create memorable dining experiences that satisfy and inspire my guests.
