I’ve had such a positive experience working with Eda as my nutritionist. She didn’t try to completely change my diet but instead showed me simple, realistic ways to add more nutrition to the foods I already enjoy. Her advice is super practical, easy to follow, and has made a real difference in how I feel and think about my nutrition.

I really appreciate how supportive and knowledgeable she is a—I’ve learned so much and actually look forward to making healthier choices now. Highly recommend

Shout out to Chef Eda!!!! Eda Vesterman Thank you for the greatest cooking tip the other night. As a new mom with a full-time job, I have so much time when I come home to make a delicious dinner - NOT! After complaining to Chef Eda about my need with wanting to continue to make a nice dinner each night for me and my husband, she showed me the best cooking tips that were easy, delicious, and healthy!

THANK YOU! Four Elements. Can’t wait to support you more and more. I highly recommend Eda for anything culinary, nutrition, and everyday need.

My name is Alicia and I am 23. I started to see Eda Martin in August of 2025. My goals working with her are to focus on my overall nutrition and diet, to learn how to work around a busy schedule and to possibly lose a bit of weight. I honestly didn't know much about nutrition besides what I learned in high school.

During our first appointment she went over the basics of nutrition and how it works with my body. She told me how much water intake and food I should be eating in a day. She didn't put me on a diet which made me happy because I have tried diets from my primary care doctor and they didn't work. She gave me recommendations like eating more nutrient dense foods and even gave me recipes that helped me get an idea of what that actually meant. I followed some of the recipes and they were delicious.

Today it has been a month after seeing her and I already feel good about my weight and how my body feels with making just a couple of changes throughout the day. I have lost over 15 pounds in water weight so far. I feel less bloated and more energetic. She has helped me see that it isn't hard with the right help to get a hold of your nutrition especially when you start early. She also taught me that you don't need a diet in order to lose weight or feel better about what you are eating.

I would recommend her to anyone who wants to start their nutrition journey because she is really patient and works with your lifestyle. We even talked about eventually including allergy friendly foods because my partner is allergic to a lot of food which can be hard to work around.

For years I thought I was doing all the right things with my diet. I ate high fiber, plant-based foods with meat adding protein. With a very stressful job I began to eat like the idiot I knew I could be. The large drawer in my desk contained a stash of crackers, chips, and chocolate. I knew it wasn’t good for me, but it did help me get through the day. After retirement I turned things around and started eating more logically, high fiber, and protein.

In October of last year, I started to experience significant GI problems. After 8 months of testing and talking to doctors I was provided a diagnosis of SIBO. I was prescribed antibiotics and a low FODMAP diet. What the heck did that mean? I was very confused and needed to find someone who could help guide me through this maze. I found Eda online and found that she heard what I had to say, it was obvious from the beginning that she did not discount any of my symptoms and has a deep understanding of what I need to do.

Her knowledge of nutrition and her respect for food as more than just sustenance, but as cultural and community connection were what drew me to want to work with her. She frequently puts things into perspective for me and makes a diet that is right now restrictive into something I can live with.
